APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR ANAEROBIC WASTEWATER TREATMENT WITH MEMBRANE DISTILLATION

The present invention relates to a membrane distillation combination type anaerobic wastewater treatment apparatus and a method thereof wherein quality of treated water is increased by combining a membrane distillation method with a biological treatment; biogas is generated by anaerobically treating wastewater; and the surface of a separation membrane is effectively prevented from being contaminated. According to the present invention, the membrane distillation combination type anaerobic wastewater treatment apparatus includes: an aerobic organism reaction tank which anaerobically treats wastewater and generates methane gas; an anaerobic membrane distillation separation tank which provides an additional space for the anaerobic treatment and filtration of wastewater by a submerged separation membrane module with respect to discharged wastewater of the anaerobic organism reaction tank; the submerged separation membrane module which is arranged in the anaerobic membrane distillation separation tank and filtrates wastewater; and rotary disc plates which are arranged on both sides of the submerged separation membrane module and induces turbulence of the wastewater and movement of a movable filter by rotation. A flow channel through which cooling water passes is arranged in the submerged separation module. The wastewater is filtrated as moist of the wastewater is evaporated by a temperature difference between the wastewater and the cooling water and flows to the flow channel.
