<p>The present invention relates to a system for collecting traffic data, a method and an apparatus for managing valid samples therein. The invention is configured in a method such that: a service apparatus calculates the individual moving speed of a detected sample by monitoring at least one mobile terminal device moving in a specific area using position tracking data of at least one detected sample; selects at least one excellent sample having a high probability of traveling to the specific area using individual moving speed of the detected sample; gives weighted values to the individual speed of at least one selected excellent sample; selects a weighted values group corresponding to the weighted values given to at least one selected excellent sample; and stores and manages the data by containing excellent samples in the selected weighted values group, thereby maintaining and managing valid samples in the weighted values group to be reused, and further, removes valid samples whose life spans have expired while stepwise lowering the weighted values rather than directly removing them, thereby efficiently managing valid samples having high probability of contributing to the calculation of speed.</p> |
