Disclosed are a system and a method for providing a personalized year-end tax adjustment format. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system for providing a personalized year-end tax adjustment format comprises: a data extracting module which extracts year-end tax adjustment data including wage data and personal data of a user from an accounting DB; a verification data receiving module which receives verification data for earned income reduction; and a control module, wherein the control module determines settlement items to be included in a personalized year-end tax adjustment format based on at least one of the verification data for earned income reduction or the year-end tax adjustment data.
