PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer gel which can be easily impregnated with a perfume component at a high content, and has excellent miscibility to various resins.SOLUTION: A polymer gal is formed by connecting a plurality of core-shell polymer fine particles. The core-shell polymer fine particles are formed of a polymer having a polyethylene glycol unit. The core is formed of a polymer different from the polymer forming the shell. The core-shell polymer fine particles are connected to each other via a polyethylene glycol chain.
