PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network system, network node, and virtual machine migration method capable of shifting an operating virtual machine existing in a physical server to a virtual machine in another physical server.SOLUTION: A network system 100 comprises a controller 101, L3SW110, and L3SW120. The controller 101 comprises a migration instruction function unit 101a for performing an instruction to start up/stop virtual machines existing physical servers 11, 12. The L3SW110 and L3SW120 comprise: a port/VLAN control function unit 110a that changes port/VLAN information according to an instruction, from the migration instruction function unit 101a, to change port information and VLAN information, and notifies a router function unit 110c that a member belonging to a VLAN has disappeared/appeared when the member has disappeared/appeared; and the router function unit 110c that changes routing information in the case of receiving the notification, from the port/VLAN control function unit 110a, that the VLAN member has disappeared/appeared. |
