PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: a gasket for a prefilled syringe, which enhances the stability and safety of a drug solution infilled into the syringe and which improves drug solution sealing performance, is required.SOLUTION: A gasket for a prefilled syringe includes a solution contact part, and a sliding part having a circumferential surface. The solution contact part and the sliding part are coated with a film layer that is made of a fluororesin, and a skin layer including a trimethylsiloxysilicic acid is superposed on the fluororesin film layer of the sliding part. |
