<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service providing server capable of providing a system which is highly convenient for both a service provider and a user.SOLUTION: A service providing server for providing a video speech service between a provider terminal 1 and a user terminal 2 includes: a provider database 32 for storing provider information; a provider information providing part 26 for acquiring the provider information about a plurality of service providers from the provider database 32, and for providing it to the user terminal 2; a speech relay part 27 for, in response to a selection command to select the service provider from the user terminal 2, connecting the provider terminal 1 of the selected service provider to the user terminal 2, and for relaying a video speech between the provider terminal 1 and the user terminal 2; a speech time management part 28 for managing a speech time of the video speech; and a charging processing part 29 for executing charging processing corresponding to the speech time.</p> |
