Provided is a lithium battery which includes: a positive electrode; a negative electrode; and an electrolyte arranged between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, wherein the positive electrode contains a nickel-based lithium transition metal oxide having at least 2 μm of the average grain diameter of primary particles, and the negative electrode contains graphite and silicone-based compounds.
