<p>The present subject matter relates to an electrical device (10), in particular control device for alternating current generators, comprising a housing (13) and an electrically activated module (26) for controlling an electrical property (I). Further, the electrically activated module (26) is retained in the housing (13) by means of a press fit (55), and at least one clamping connection portion (64) presses the plate portion (23) in such a way that a retaining force (FR) acts between the clamping connection portion (64) and the plate portion (23). The plate portion (23) comprises two opposite surfaces (27, 29).
