<p>The invention relates to a thermoplastic composition capable of being plated after being activated using a laser, with improved mechanical properties the composition comprising: a) from 30 to 60 wt. % of a thermoplastic base resin; b) from 1.0 to 8.0 wt. % of a laser direct structuring additive; c) from 5 to 40 wt. % of aluminum oxide, boron nitride, or a combination thereof, d) from 5 to 25 w % of a flame retardant and e) from 5 to 30 wt. % of glass fibers.</p> |
