<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing high performance or fast hardening concrete through shorting after inserting a fluid admixture and a mixed material to general concrete, and to a manufacturing method thereof. When forming high performance or fast hardening concrete mixed with a fluid admixture on general concrete and discharging high performance or fast hardening concrete mixed with a mixed material to the high performance or fast hardening concrete, the apparatus enables slump with increased fluidity due to arsenic acid in the mixed material and the fluid admixture by shorting with air at high pressures to perform shorting with high performance or fast hardening concrete closely reduced to a slump range of general concrete before the fluid admixture is inserted.</p> |
