The device has a set of main elements (7-9) forming an exact replica of concerned feet when the elements are assembled with each other. The main elements are assembled and locked with each other by mating along planes beveled through one of the elements. Guides are engaged between the elements so as to increase interior deformation of a shoe. Shape of the elements is locally modified by applying cement polyester or similar products. A pre-molding box molded by a machine tool with digital controller is used to realize the device.
