Disclosed is an exhaust gas direction changing device for a heli-deck. The device to change a direction of exhaust gas discharged from an exhaust pipe of a marine facility or vessel including a heli-deck includes a plurality of discharge nozzles forming an air curtain by discharging compressed air in an upper direction by being placed at one among ends of the exhaust pipe near the heli-deck; a plurality of suction nozzles sucking surrounding air by facing the discharge nozzles; a first sensor measuring the speed and direction of wind around the exhaust pipe by being installed on an outer surface of the exhaust pipe; and a control part controlling the discharge of the compressed air through the discharge nozzles and suction of the surrounding air through the suction nozzles according to the speed and direction, measured by the first sensor.
