<p>The present invention relates to an anti-obesity confectionery composition using Kimchi Lactobacillus in which anti-obesity strains extracted from Kimchi are applied to a confectionery composition. The anti-obesity confectionery composition using Kimchi Lactobacillus has an excellent effect on obesity prevention by containing Weissella koreensis 521 in the confectionery composition by cultivating the Weissella koreensis 521 at an optimal concentration and freezing and drying the outcome. The confectionery composition contains: 80-90 wt% of glucose, 3-10 wt% of apple concentrate; 0.01-0.1 wt% of acesulfame potassium, 0.01-0.1 wt% of sucralose, 1-5 wt% of Weissella koreensis 521 at a concentration of 0.2-0.8 mg/ml, 1-3 wt% of apple scent, 1-3 wt% of citric acid, 0.01-0.2 wt% of collagen, 0.01-0.1 wt% of gelatin, 0.5-2 wt% of sucrose fatty acid ester, 0.001-0.005 wt% of folate, 0.1-0.2 wt% of niacin, and 1-2 wt% of vitamins.</p> |
