RESONATOR FOR VEHICLE

The present invention relates to a resonator for a vehicle having a resonance chamber to tune a frequency to reduce intake noise. The resonator for a vehicle comprises: an external pipe having a first external pipe having an inlet introducing an external air and having a second external pipe having an outlet discharging the air introduced through the inlet to the outside; an intermediate pipe disposed parallel to the external pipe and formed between the first external pipe and the second external pipe; an inner pipe disposed inside the external pipe and the intermediate pipe and having a plurality of slits providing an air moving passage; and a partition disposed between the external pipe and the intermediate pipe and extended in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the intermediate pipe. The partition divides a space between the external pipe and the inner pipe and a space between the intermediate pipe and the inner pipe into multiple spaces in order to have the resonance chamber.
