<p>Described herein are regimens for whitening teeth, comprising administering to the teeth an effective amount of a first oral care composition comprising a bleaching agent and allowing the first oral care composition to remain on the teeth for at least 30 seconds, and brushing the teeth with a second oral care composition. Kits comprising a first oral care composition comprising a bleaching agent, wherein said first oral care composition is adapted to remain on said tooth for at least 30 seconds; a second oral care composition; and instructions for use, are also provided.</p> |
