The present invention relates to a surface mounted double connecting terminal which is mounted on the surface of a PCB substrate and maintains electrical connection between electronic parts, and more specifically, to the surface mounted double connecting terminal which is composed of two terminals which are accessible to subjects located in mutually different directions on the substrate while minimizing the height of the mounting of the substrate. To achieve the above purpose, the present invention is integrally composed of a first connecting terminal which is installed around a seating hole perforated on the substrate and connected to a first subject body located on the upper side of the substrate to be operated from the upper part to lower part of the substrate toward the inside of the seating hole and a second connecting terminal which is connected to a second subject body located in a lower side of the substrate to be operated from the lower part to the upper part of the substrate toward the inside of the seating hole, and the first and the second connecting terminals are operated in opposite directions from each other, thereby minimizing the height of the mounting of the substrate and becoming able to respectively access the subject bodies located on the upper side and lower side of the substrate with one connecting terminal.
