A fuel supply system and a method for a container carrier are disclosed. According to the present invention, the fuel supply system for a container carrier includes: a fuel tank provided in a terminal wherein a container carrier is anchored; a crane part provided in the terminal to load or unload containers to or from the container carrier; and a fuel supply pipe provided from the fuel tank to the top of the crane part.
