An offshore storage facility and an oil transfer method using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the offshore storage facility includes: a hull wherein at least one facility for taking, producing, refining, or processing oil or gas is mounted; one or more separable tanks which have an internal space for storing oil or gas, float in the seawater, and are detachably attached to the hull; a mount to detachably mount the separable tanks on the hull; and a transfer line to provide a transfer path for oil or gas in a space between the hull and the separable tanks.
