PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel sensor improved in reliability relating to electric insulation.SOLUTION: The touch panel sensor includes a plurality of electrode patterns laid in an active area of a substrate and a plurality of frame wiring lines electrically connected to corresponding electrode patterns and arranged in a non-active area of the substrate. The frame wiring lines include a metal layer; and the metal layer is made of silver, copper, or an alloy of these metals. A dummy wiring line not electrically connected to any electrode patterns is laid in at least a part of a region between a pair of frame wiring lines adjoining to each other in the plurality of wiring lines; and the dummy wiring line is kept at a dummy potential equal to or higher than a maximum potential of a signal running in the plurality of frame wiring lines. |
