PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ADL assessment system, an ADL(Activities of Daily Living) assessment device, and a program capable of reducing the confirmation omission of content to be confirmed or human errors.SOLUTION: A server device 1 includes: storage means for storing a program master in which programs for improving daily living capability are aggregated; server reception means for receiving the result of ADL evaluation and the test result of a test item specifying the program for improving daily living capability; search means for searching the test item on the basis of the ADL evaluation result; selection means for selecting the program for improving daily living capability on the basis of the test result; and distribution means for distributing the test item and the program to terminal equipment 2 as a distribution destination. Also, the terminal equipment 2 includes: input means for accepting the input of the ADL evaluation result and the test result; transmission means for transmitting the ADL evaluation result and the test result to the server device 1; and terminal reception means for receiving the test item and the program. |
