PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device that effectively reduces optical loss, improves effective light-emitting efficiency (utilization efficiency) as a whole system, and achieves to decrease thickness.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device 1 includes: a substrate 10; a light-emitting element chip 11 mounted on the substrate 10; an encapsulation part 12 for encapsulating the light-emitting element chip 11; and light scattering parts 15 disposed on the substrate 10 separated from the encapsulation part 12. The light scattering parts 15 are formed in an annular shape surrounding the encapsulation part 12 in top view. The encapsulation part 12 and the light scattering parts 15 are disposed in mutually separated regions in top view. |
