<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a prescribed function to be added to a printing device by a function of a control server according to an instruction from a management device by using a configuration in which the printing device and the control server communicate with each other via a network.SOLUTION: A management device 14 transmits function change information indicating a function to be added, a control server 10 generates and transmits control data to let a printing device 12 install corresponding firmware on the basis of a function indicated by the received function change information, and the printing device 12 installs the firmware on the basis of the received control data.</p> |
