<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid injection device capable of securely injecting a prescribed amount of liquid into a tank, even if the line speed of a production line is increased.SOLUTION: A liquid injection device is provided, comprising: a repulsive mechanism 20 freely movable upward and downward vertically, the mechanism 20 being attached to a lifting arm such as a robot arm 100; a sliding mechanism composed of a guide rail 9, a guide 10, etc., the mechanism freely movable horizontally; and a swiveling mechanism 70 freely movable around a horizontal axis and a vertical axis. The liquid injection device has at least two injection guns 90 being held via the repulsive mechanism, the sliding mechanism, and the swiveling mechanism. The injection guns are normally held above injection ports that become reference injection ports in such a manner that the guns are capable of being inserted into the injection ports.</p> |
