PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply device and a water supply system each of which includes shared pumps switchable between drive and stop and supplying a plurality of agricultural houses with water, and each of which can adjust an amount of supply water to the agricultural houses.SOLUTION: A water supply device 1 comprises: a water amount adjustment unit 14 which changes an amount of water returning from shared piping 2 through return piping 13 to a tank 11; and a control unit 15 which controls pumps 12a, 12b and the water amount adjustment unit 14. The control unit 15 controls an amount of water returning from the shared piping 2 to the tank 11 based on supply water amount set per agricultural house 8 to which water is supplied, by switching each of the pumps 12a, 12b between drive and stop based on the number of the agriculture houses 8 requesting water supply.
