The system typically including a memory, a processor and a module configured to receive a work request from a source, wherein the work request comprises at least one status; determine a duration of time that the work request has been associated with the status; generate a report, wherein the report comprises a graphical representation of each of the at least one status and the duration of time the work request has been associated with the at least one status; and transmit the report to the user. |

receive a work request from a source, wherein the work request comprises at least one status;determine a duration of time that the work request has been associated with the status;generate a report, wherein the report comprises a graphical representation of each of the at least one status and the duration of time the work request has been associated with the at least one status; andtransmit the report to the user. |
