The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing hydrogen using solar heat and a thermochemical reaction, including an inert gas supply line, a thermally oxidizing line corresponding to a thermally oxidizing reaction (T-R), a water splitting line corresponding to a water splitting reaction (W-D), a vapor supply part, a conversion valve and a reactor. Provided is an apparatus for producing hydrogen using solar heat and a thermochemical reaction, comprising: the reactor which is divided into a first internal space at the front and a second internal space at the rear by a porous material; and the supply line which includes a first supply line and a second supply line. In the first supply line, one end is connected to a first branching point and the other end is connected to a second inner space of the reactor and an inert gas and vapor are supplied to a second inner space. In the second supply line, one end is connected to the second inner space and the other end is connected to the first inner space of the reactor and an inert gas heat-exchanged in the second inner space and vapor are re-supplied to a first inner space. Therefore, it is possible to improve reliability of the reactor by preventing damage to a porous material, to extend the period over which lifespan is maintained and to improve energy efficiency and reactivity by raising temperature of the gas supplied by heat of a reactor. |
