PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for diluting with high magnification, a large quantity of contaminated water having a radioactive substance dissolved therein, and dumping it into the sea or the like.SOLUTION: A device is used as follows. While guiding dilution water (sea water or the like) drawn up from a water intake by using a pump 1 to a dumping port 7 by using a guide pipe 5, contaminated water stored in a retention tank 2 is mixed and diluted as much as a small amount at a time from an inlet 4, while being adjusted by a dilution adjustment cock 3, and then dumped into the sea as it is. |
