The present invention relates to the technical field of optical communications. Disclosed is a method, an apparatus and a system for transmitting a signal in an optimal transmission network, which can ensure that a reception end correctly restores an OTUCn signal. A specific implementation method comprises: receiving an OTUCn optical channel transmission unit signal, and dividing the OTUCn signal into n paths of OTL optical channel transmission branch signals, n being an integer greater than or equal to 2; and generating a polynomial expression according to n non-relevant scrambling codes, and performing scrambling code processing on the n paths of OTL signals, the polynomial expression generated according to the n non-relevant scrambling codes being a polynomial expression generated according to n common factors; and sending the scrambled OTL signals to a reception apparatus by means a sub-carriers. The present invention is used in transmission of a signal in an optical transmission network. |
