A pipeline connection pipe fitting, comprising a screw nut (3), a connector (1), a connector outer frustrum (5), and a connection pipe bellmouth (7); the screw nut (3) is provided with an inner conical bore (10), a clamping sleeve (8) for mating being disposed within the inner conical bore (10) of the screw nut, said clamping sleeve (8) being a hollow clamping sleeve hole, the bottom of said clamping sleeve hole being provided with an inner conical bore, said clamping sleeve inner conical bore being composed of a clamping sleeve inner cylindrical bore (13) and a clamping sleeve inner conical bore bellmouth groove (14); the hole wall (18) of the clamping sleeve and the outer conical sloped surface (16) of the clamping sleeve form a clamping sleeve conical oblique angle (17); the connector outer frustrum (5) presses the clamping sleeve inner cylindrical bore (13) to create a conical surface seal (6); the connector outer frustrum (5) presses the connection pipe bellmouth (7) in the clamping sleeve inner conical bore bellmouth groove (14) to form a bellmouth groove seal; the screw nut inner conical bore (10) presses the clamping sleeve (8) to thereby press a connection pipe (9) to form a clamping sleeve seal; the present pipeline connector pipe fitting is characterised by convenient sealed connection, low requirements for the sealing process, and high sealing performance, can be used to connect thin-walled, low hardness metal pipelines made of different materials, and can be used entirely interchangeably with existing connection screw nuts. |
