The present invention relates to an aerosol mass spectrometer comprising a vaporization-electron ionizer and a laser ionizer which is an aerosol mass spectrometer comprising a source device, a pressure maintaining device, and an ionization device, the ionization device comprising: the vaporization-electron ionizer including a vaporizer for vaporizing, into gas, solid or liquid aerosol particles which have entered the ionization device, and an electron gun provided on the outside of a concentration unit to ionize the gaseous aerosol particles; and the laser ionizer including a reflective plate provided at a lower side of the ionization device to reflect laser beams to a light-concentrating lens, and the light-concentrating lens for vaporizing and ionizing the solid or liquid aerosol particles which have entered the ionization device by concentrating the laser beams to the center of the ionization device, and thus the present invention can detect all of a molecule-level chemical composition, a heavy metal, mineral, a heat-resistant component, and the like through one device. |
