PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color conversion substrate having simplified manufacturing processes and reduced deviation in an intensity distribution of outgoing light, and a liquid crystal display device.SOLUTION: The color conversion substrate includes: a transparent substrate 40 having a first major surface; a phosphor 45R layer disposed on the first major surface, the layer including a plurality of phosphors 45R arrayed along the first major surface and a plurality of transparent first barrier walls 18R each formed to surround the phosphor 45R; and a plurality of first reflection parts 28 formed on outer circumference surfaces of the plurality of first barrier walls 18R. A part of the first barrier wall 18R where the first reflection part 28 is formed is a curved surface. When the thickness of the first partition wall 18R is denoted by d1, the curvature of the curved surface of the first barrier wall 18R is 0.50/d1 or more and 0.83/d1 or less. |
