<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure highly accurately the concentration of detection object gas by suppressing dispersion of detection values caused by a temperature characteristic.SOLUTION: A gas concentration detector 10 includes: a concentration detection part 30 for receiving an infrared ray radiated from a light source 20, and outputting a signal showing an output value corresponding to the concentration of gas between itself and the light source 20; and a concentration conversion processing circuit for calculating the concentration of the gas based on an output value in a period after the infrared ray is received until a primary time differential coefficient of the output value reaches the maximum value.</p> |
