<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave oven capable of preventing a magnetron from operating abnormally even if a supply voltage varies large in frequency in a heating operation by a microwave.SOLUTION: A microwave oven includes: a magnetron (11) which generates a microwave for heating a body to be heated; a frequency detection part (23) which detects the frequency of a supply voltage supplied from outside; a frequency determination part (100b) which determines whether the frequency of the supply voltage detected by the frequency detection part (23) is within a preset frequency range; and a controller (100) which controls the magnetron (11). The controller (100) stops the magnetron (11) from oscillating when the frequency determination part (100b) determines that the frequency of the supply voltage is not within the preset frequency range in a heating operation to heat the body to be heated with the microwave generated by the magnetron (11).</p> |
