<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for footsteps of passenger conveyor putting on and taking off which can lift the footstep easily with operation of a user at hand after turning a bolt for footsteps putting on and taking off below a step tread of the footsteps.SOLUTION: A tool for footsteps of passenger conveyor putting on and taking off comprises: a stick-like main shank; a handle unit provided at one end of the main shank; a wrench unit provided at another end of the main shank, penetrating a putting on and taking off hole provided on a step tread of the footstep of the passenger conveyor, and engaged with the tip to a hole of a head of a bolt for footsteps putting on and taking off below the step tread; a pick unit provided movably between a projection position projecting from a side surface of the wrench unit to outward and a storage position stored inward than the side surface of the wrench unit, and formed engageably below the step tread by arranged to the projection position while the wrench unit is penetrated to the putting on and taking off hole; and pick shifting means for shifting the pick unit between the projection position and the storage position with operation in the handle unit side in the main shank.</p> |
