<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body in which though a body temperature is raised through a paint baking oven, plastic deformation in the inside of aluminum roof panel is not caused even with this temperature rise.SOLUTION: A vehicle body includes: side panels 112 separated from each other in a lateral direction; a front roof rail; and a rear roof rail. A bracket formed of steel or steel alloy fastens a roof structure 102 to a vehicle body 104. The bracket includes a first part fastened to a roof panel 132 and a second part which is extended from the roof structure 102 to the outside and is welded to the vehicle body 104. An adhesive 230 located inward of the connection of the vehicle body 104 and the second part of the bracket bonds the second part to the vehicle body 104. The adhesive 230 protects the connection of the roof panel 132 and the first part of the bracket and reduces thermal distortion of the attached roof panel 132 with respect to the vehicle body 104.</p> |
