a computing device configured to:
receive location information from a first user's first mobile device and a second user's second mobile device, wherein said first user has consented to being recorded;determine whether said first mobile device and said second mobile device are within a predefined distance of each other;send a notification to said second mobile device;receive a recording, wherein said recording was captured by a camera in said second mobile device;send said recording to said first mobile device; andsend a privacy permission associated with said recording to said second mobile device, wherein said privacy permission relates to the second mobile device's ability to store, display or transmit the recording.
