There is provided a novel non-chlorine-based stretch packaging film capable of exhibiting a good packaging suitability such as a high packaging efficiency and neat packaging finish even when carrying out the packaging using an automatic packaging machine adapted for polyvinyl chloride. The stretch packaging film comprises a laminated film having at least three layers, which comprises opposite outermost surface layers each comprising an ethylene-based resin (A) as a main component and an intermediate layer comprising a propylene-based resin (B) as a main component, the stretch packaging film having an average loss tangent (tan δ) at −40 to 0° C. of not less than 0.12 and a loss tangent (tan δ) at 20° C. of not less than 0.20 as measured at an oscillation frequency of 10 Hz and a distortion of 0.1% by a dynamic viscoelasticity measuring method. |
