A method and device for direct gasification of char and carbon compounds. The method is placing char and carbon compounds in the front section of an air-proof cavity, mixing the char and carbon compounds with water or hydrogen, heating them to a temperature higher than 800°C so as to form high temperature and high pressure in the cavity and obtain a gas with high calorific value mainly consisting of small molecules, and arranging a recovery chamber at the back section of the cavity for collecting the gas with high calorific value and some solids. The gasification device comprises a runner pipe (12) with an air-proof cavity; a feeding structure (11) connected to the front end of the runner pipe (12); and a heating section arranged extending from the front end to the rear end of the runner pipe, wherein an injection opening for injecting water or hydrogen into the runner pipe is arranged in the heating section. The whole gasification process is performed in the air-proof cavity and finally, recovery is performed by the recovery chamber, so that air pollution is avoided completely. Meanwhile, low energy consumption, high economic effect and simple process are achieved, and flow-line production can be completely achieved in an air-proof production line in the actual production. |
