<p>The present invention relates to a flat screen device capable of easily cleaning a screen by raising the screen to an upper part of a waterway, and preventing malfunctions due to a large amount of foreign materials beforehand as the foreign materials caught on the screen are successively removed by making the length of the rakes different. The flat screen device comprises: a frame installed in a wall of the waterway; a screen obliquely installed in front of the frame; a pair of guide rails installed in both side walls of the waterway in front of the screen; a chain arranged to be movable along the guide rails in a caterpillar track; rakes mounted on the chain while having a successively longer length; a sprocket coupled to the chain on the upper part of the guide rails; a sprocket driving part to drive the sprocket to move the chain; hinge parts installed between a bottom of the screen and the frame; angular moving parts installed between the top of the screen and the frame; an elastic support part installed in the screen; a load detection and control part installed in the screen; and a screen rising part to raise the screen.</p> |
