The daily calorie content of the diet is reduced by not less than 200 kcal. Consumption of fats is also reduced by not less than 15 g, consumption of saturated fats - by not less than 8% of the total consumption of fats. Daily consumption of calories is retained at the level of not less than 1200 kcal.
