PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller and a vehicle controlling system which are capable of improving an operability when operating a closing body.SOLUTION: The controller includes: an input part 14 to which a first signal is inputted from an operation detection means 24, the first signal indicating the presence/absence of an operation for actuating a closing body 34 of a vehicle 36, the operation being performed by using a part of a passenger 52's body; and a control part 16 for making a notice to the passenger by using a notification means 30 when the operation is detected by the operation detection means on the basis of the first signal, and for executing a control to actuate the closing body 34 on the basis of the operation. |
