PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low profile oscillator.SOLUTION: A wiring pattern 55 formed on a base 4 of a crystal oscillator 1 at least includes: an output wiring pattern 551 to conduct to an AC output terminal 531; a power supply wiring pattern 552 to conduct to a DC power terminal 532; and a ground wiring pattern 553 to conduct to a ground terminal 534. On one principal plane of a base material which constitutes the base 4, a plurality of connection pads are formed, whereas on the another principal plane of the base material, the ground terminal 534 is formed. Further, on a corresponding position of the one principal plane side of the base material corresponding to the ground terminal 534 formed on the another principal plane of the base material, there is disposed a connection pad to conduct to the ground terminal 534. By the disposition of an IC chip 3 on the connection pad, a part of the IC chip 3 and the ground terminal 534 become a laminate state to face each other across the base material. |
