DATA FLOW MOBILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily use data flow in an access network context of different types.SOLUTION: A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) has: a transmitter configured to transmit a request on mobility policy information; and a processor configured to make a determination to transfer at least one of first and second IP data flows from a first access network of a first RAT to a second access network of a second RAT on the basis of the mobility policy information. The mobility policy information includes first and second access network information and data flow information. The data flow information includes at least one of a first application type identifier corresponding to the first IP data flow and a second application type identifier corresponding to the second IP data flow. The mobility policy information indicates a preference of the second access network of the second RAT for the first or second IP data flow, through at least one of the first and second application type identifiers.
