PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock absorber which secures the flexibility for setting a position of a spring seat surface and a position where a dust boot is held and enables easy painting.SOLUTION: A shock absorber 100 includes: an outer tube 1 where a piston rod 2 extends from one end and a protruding part 1b is formed at an outer periphery; a spring seat 3 which is press-fitted in the protruding part 1b; and a bracket 4 which is fixed to the spring seat 3 and holds one end of a dust boot 5 for protecting the piston rod 2. |
