PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly including a restraint device which is easily adapted to be used with an inspection tool or a separation tool, is easily handled, and has a simple structure.SOLUTION: An assembly of the invention separates segments in a pipe, has an upstream end and a downstream end, and includes: a shaft; a first boss; a second boss; a first annular body and a second annular body which are positioned between the first boss and the second boss; a first elastic seal member positioned between the first boss and the first annular body and a second elastic seal member positioned between the second boss and the second annular body; and a shoe positioned between the first annular body and the second annular body. |
