FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: claimed N-(3-ethoxycarbonyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo[b]thien-2-yl)amide of (Z)-4-morpholino-2-oxo-4-(4-chlorophenyl)but-3-enoic acid of formula:, possesses analgetic activity. N-(3-ethoxycarbonyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo[b]thien-2-yl)amide of (Z)-4-morpholino-2-oxo-4-(4-chlorophenyl)but-3-enoic acid is obtained by interaction of ethyl ether of 2-[3-oxo-5-(4-chlorophenyl)-furan-2(3H)-ylidenamino]-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo[b]thiophene-3-carboxylic acid with morpholine in water-free toluene at temperature 50°C and mixing for 3 hours, with the following extraction of target product by known methods.EFFECT: compound with high output, which has expressed analgetic activity as well as low toxicity, is obtained.1 tbl, 1 ex |
