PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road information processor and a travel support system capable of controlling traffic flow of a specific vehicle.SOLUTION: The road information processor includes: a registration information storage; an acquisition section; and a communication section. The registration information storage stores a piece of information relevant to a travel schedule of a relevant vehicle as an object of a travel support, which is transmitted from an external unit. An acquisition section acquires a piece of travel support information for supporting the travelling of the object vehicle based on the information relevant to the travel schedule and ID information of the on-vehicle unit transmitted from the on-vehicle unit mounted on the object vehicle. The communication section transmits the acquired travel support information to a display unit.
