PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the amount of residual toner with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A developer storage section includes: displacement regulation units 30-1, 40-1 for regulating displacement of developer; a conveyance member 43 arranged turnably vertically above the displacement regulation units, to convey the developer along a regulation direction of the displacement regulation units; a detection member 44 which is arranged turnably, turns in a range according to the amount of residual developer as the conveyance member turns, and detects the developer; and an agitation member 45 arranged between the detection member and the displacement regulation units, to rock as the conveyance member turns. |
