PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically correct the stand-alone device time by reducing the risk of time tampering.SOLUTION: There are provided a mobile terminal 3 where the key data is stored, a locking device 4 as a stand-alone device for unlocking or locking the electric lock 4d when the key data acquired from the mobile terminal 3 by short-range communication has been successfully authenticated and a server 2 with a clock unit 2c for measuring the time and for transmitting the time information by the time measuring of the clock unit 2c to the mobile terminal 3. A locking device 4 automatically corrects the time on a clock unit (internal clock) 4c by using the time information transmitted from the server 2 to the mobile terminal 3. |
